Ø58mm, ca. 152g, 18K gold, engine-turned, No. 419, highly complicated unusual early lever movement with 2 barrels, quarter-hour repeater without spring tension via a pusher or slider, triggered by pressing a tiny button on the pendant, Grande Sonnerie quarter-hour self-striking, perfectly preserved enamel dial, Breguet steel hands, excellent condition, in working order. The condition is extremely rare; the guilloché work on the case is still beautifully preserved.
