Wristwatch: large Patek Philippe Calatrava "Amagnetic" Ref. 3420 from 1967 with extract from the archives
Ca. Ø34mm, 18K gold, pressed back, case number 432458, calibre 27AM400-Amagnetic, manual winding, movement number 734094, silvered dial with gold indexes, high-quality Patek Philippe leather strap with 18K buckle, in working order, with extract from the archives. The reference 3420 was first produced in 1959, equipped with the calibre 12-400, only a few of them were antimagnetic. In 1960, the antimagnetic calibre 27AM-400 was launched, equipped with a lever escapement made of beryllium bronze. This watch is described and illustrated in "Patek Philippe - Kult-Objekt & Wert-Anlage" by J. Michael Mehltretter.

Wristwatch: extremely luxurious and rare Patek Philippe Calatrava with centre seconds and special winding system
Ca. Ø35mm, ca. 90g, 18K white gold, case and bracelet in same design, backwinder, Ref. 3563/2, case number 2727909, automatic movement calibre 350 with centre seconds, movement number 1185655, very rare blue dial version with white gold indexes, centre seconds, original white gold bracelet with PP buckle, in working order and in excellent condition. The extract from the archives confirms the complete originality of the watch and also the rare blue dial version. Patek Philippe presented the new automatic movement calibre 350 in the 3563 and combined it with an integrated gold bracelet in the taste of the early 1970s. The position of the crown was moved to the back of the case, making it popular with right- and left-handers alike. According to the extract from the archives the watch was sold in 1974! As this automatic solid gold Calatrava was a very expensive luxury model, it is correspondingly rare and sought-after today, especially due to its large size of 35mm!

Auguste Hilaire Rodanet was a Patek Philippe agent in Paris and one of the most important French chronometer makers. Rodanet was appointed a Knight of the Legion of Honour on 9 July 1883. In 1890, he founded the brand "Horlogerie Rodanet de Paris". Auguste Hilaire Rodanet was also president of the "Ecole d'Horlogerie et Mécanique Précision" in Paris (1880) and president of the "Chambre syndicale l'Horlogerie de Paris".
