Ø 18.5 mm, RG58, approx. 8.4g, 18K yellow gold, ring head approx. 21 x 17mm, featuring a very beautiful opal cabochon at the centre measuring ca. 16 x 12mm, surrounded by small brilliant-cut diamonds with a total weight of ca. 0.2ct, high-quality vintage goldsmith's work.
