248-5256 Chain: high-quality, like new platinum necklace with certified Padparadscha sapphire of 1.465ct "NO HEAT", GRS
Approx. 45 cm long, approx. 10.5g, platinum, fine pea chain, centre section approx. 20 × 25 mm, movable pendant, the eye-clean pink sapphire in the centre, also richly set with brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 1.22ct, like new and unworn. The GRS report confirms the rare "No Heat" quality and the origin Sri Lanka. Almost all Padparadscha sapphires on the market are heated. So-called "no heat" stones are extremely rare and therefore considerably more expensive. The Padparadscha is the top class among sapphires. The places where it is found are very limited and experts believe that genuine Padparadscha stones only come from Sri Lanka. The name comes from the Sinhala language and means "lotus flower", which strongly resembles the colour of this gemstone. Unheated Padparadscha sapphires cost between $5,000 and $50,000 per carat depending on colour intensity, clarity, cut and size. Source:(https://www.cortrie.de/go/1dW).
