Sold 240-4262 Large gold/enamel snuff box of finest quality, probably Geneva ca. 1810 Ca. 87 × 63 × 18mm, approx. 164 g, 18K gold, inside numbered 481 as well as 2332/2545 and the 7186, double maker's mark with figural relief (not clearly attributable). The box is in fantastic condition and appears to have never been used. The painting is of exceptional quality, the relief on all sides is not worn at any point. The representation is of Queen Semiramis as she receives news of the Babylonian uprising. The bottom is engine turned in the centre and elaborately decorated with tendrils on the rim. The sides are decorated with the same geometric pattern, the bevelled corners with floral decoration. Hammerprice: 12.407,00 €

Sold 162-4251 Pocket watch/pendant watch/ring watch: important and very rare cabriolet miniature ring watch with finest enamel painting, diamonds and gold/enamel key, original enamel box, probably Pierre Morand Geneve, ca.1780 Ring ca. Ø 19 mm, case ca. Ø 16mm, total weight ca. 15 g, watch ca. 7.8 g, 18 K gold, sides of ring original set with diamonds, top of the ring hinged/liftable, removable miniature Lepine, faced with original rose-cut diamonds, finest enamel painting with ladies portrait on back, miniature movement with cylinder escapement, enamel dial, blued steel hands, corresponding original key, Breguet type with ratchet, also with blue enamel and in very good condition, watch in working order and in excellent original condition, unique enamel box with enamel painting, real rarity, probably made by Pierre Morand, Geneva. This watch is one of only a few noted and still existing pieces of this type. A comparable and signed piece was sold in Geneva auction 1998 for 168,500 SwissFrancs and is now part of the Patek Philippe museum collection (source:https://www.cortrie.de/go/3oE). Sold 136-4309 Snuff box: exquisite, extremely rare French gold enamel snuff box, "JEB" Joseph-Etienne Blerzy, Paris circa.1760-1780 Ca. 89 × 46 × 22mm, ca.104g, 22K gold, all-round splendid enameled, outstanding quality, 9-part hinge, manufacturer's punch "JEB" Joseph-Etienne Blerzy, French 916er gold hallmark around 1760-1780, excellent condition of preservation. Joseph-Etienne Blerzy started his apprenticeship by François-Joachim Aubert in Paris in 1750, who was also his sponsor. Blerzy achieved his master in 1768. Sold 197-4232 Box: exquisite, large gold/ enamel snuffbox for the Chinese market, extremely rare representation "The dog on the goose hunt", maker's mark VCA, probably Hanau 18th century Ca. 80 x 55 x 29mm, ca. 128g, gold/ enamel, rectangular lid, lateral slightly curved, exceptional fine work, black enamel, scene in 4 different gold colours, opening button set with coloured stones and rose cut diamonds (1 green stone missing), in very good condition, very rare piece, the scene of the goose hunt and the black background are very typical for the Chinese market.
