292-4328 Pocket watch: large Patek Philippe ‘Gondolo’ chronometer, Geneva, ca. 1906
Approx. 56 mm in diameter, ca. 127 g, heavy, large 18-carat gold case, case, movement and dial signed, lever-escapement chronometer movement with gold wheels, fine-adjustment mechanism and chronometer balance wheel, enamelled dial, gold hands, in working order and well preserved. Patek Philippe produced the legendary ‘Gondolo’ chronometer calibre for the South American market.
