2 cases: outer case is a transport box; inner case ca. 18 x 18 x 18 cm, with company nameplate and number 5870; mahogany, gimbal suspension; brass case also numbered 5870; Spring detent chronometer with helical hairspring, No. 5870, very well-preserved matching dial with power reserve indicator, in working order and in good original condition! According to the extract from the archives, delivered to Berlin in 1947 as reparations. The processing and recording of reparations by the Soviet Military Administration in Germany (SMAD) was carried out in the post-war period by German economic and financial authorities, in particular from 1948 onwards by the Office or Central Administration for Reparations within the German Economic Commission (DWK).
