292-4018 Pendant watch: gold and enamel ladies’ watch set with diamonds and a gold and enamel brooch, c. 1890
Ca. Ø23.5mm, total weight including brooch 19.5g, 18K gold case, 14K gold brooch, serial number 57701, Le-Coultre calibre with cylinder escapement, exceptionally well-preserved, distinctive enamel dial, gold hands; both the watch and the brooch are in an unrestored and undamaged condition, and in working order. Special feature: the watch’s enamel has been shaped to follow the contours of the case and is not a round disc as is usually the case!
