292-4379 Pocket watch: superbly preserved Reuge ‘Romance’ musical watch with 2 automatons, 1 x erotic, 20th century
Approx. 57 mm in diameter, 18-carat gold-plated, hand-wound, key-wound for the automatons; on the front, the off-centre dial with center seconds; on the front, a figure automaton with 4 figures that come to life at the alarm time; on the back, the concealed erotic figure automaton; as good as new, in working order, with original key! The version with the additional erotic automaton is very rare and was launched in the 1980s as the ‘Romance’ model (https://www.cortrie.de/go/BDY).
