Ø57mm, ca. 141g, 14K gold, à-goutte hunting case pocket watch with 3 gold covers, exceptionally solid case, extremely rare Julius Assmann movement in a special version, 20-line quality 1A with screw-fixed gold chatons, the Moustach balance anchor developed by Großmann, solid gold gear train and a fine-adjustment mechanism that is extremely rare in Glashütte watches, Movement signed ‘J. Assmann, Glashütte i Sa.’ and additionally ‘Dresden’ next to the balance wheel; original, impeccably preserved enamel dial, also signed and featuring the additional large lettering ‘GLASHÜTTE’; original gold hands; original leather case, signed ‘Glashütter Assmann-Uhr’; Original box with original, handwritten accompanying document, original spare mainspring and original glass, plus an exceptional solid gold watch chain, 14K gold, ca. 41g. The watch is in superb condition, in working order and, in this version, an absolute rarity.
