Ø55.5mm, approx. 143g, 14K pink gold, à-goutte hunting case pocket watch, maker’s mark Ditisheim La Chaux-de-Fonds, No. 11539, manufactured for Adolf Koenigsberger Berlin, glazed movement, high-quality precision lever movement, formerly with fine adjustment (swan’s neck missing), full calendar with moon phase, chronograph and minute repeater, enamel dial, pink gold hands, movement intact but in urgent need of cleaning and adjustment, an impressive, highly complicated precision timepiece. Adolf Koenigsberger (1844–1915) was a prominent figure in Berlin’s Jewish community and was actively involved in the Gewul Tauw humanitarian association.
